Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice Sirloin steaks into very thin strips (about 1 inch long).? In a mixing bowl, combine white wine, onion, garlic, soy sauce and meat.? Allow to marinate overnight.? In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown sirloin steak strips until browned.? Salt and pepper to taste and serve over bed of rice.
