Country Style Sirloin Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 beef bouillon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.? In a skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the onions.? Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika together and dredge each sirloin steak into it.? Place the sirloin steaksinto the heated olive oil and fry until brown.? Add the beef bouillon to the skillet, cover and place it into the oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.?

Italian Style Sirloin Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 celery stalk sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Slice the sirloin steaks into very thin strips.? In a large pot, heat the olive oil and fry the sirloin steak until brown.? Add the garlic and onion and saute them until they are transparent.? Add the peppers, celery, salt, worcestershire sauce pepper and tomato sauce to the pot and simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Parmesan Sirloin Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 package french fried onion rings
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Chop the sirloin steaksinto 1 inch strips and brown all sides in the heated olive oil.? Add to the skillet the zucchini, french fried onion rings, tomato juice, oregano and garlic.? Allow the skillet to simmer for 5-7 minutes.? Sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top to serve.

Stir Fry Sirloin Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cups snow pea pods
- 1 tbsp sherry
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Slice the sirloin steaks into thin 1 inch strips and marinate the beef in the sherry, soy sauce and beef broth for 2-4 hours.? Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the sirloin steak and onions.? Add the pea pods and continue to fry for 2-5 minutes.? In a saucepan, add the marinade and flour until thickened.? Pour the marinade over the?sirloin steak?and serve with white rice.

Sirloin Steaks in Sherry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 6 sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high.? Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper and place them onto the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.? In a skillet, heat the butter and saute the onions and garlic.? Add the?sherry to the sauteed onions and reduce to half.? Pour the sauce over each sirloin steak to serve.
