Sirloin Steaks in Sherry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 6 sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high.? Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper and place them onto the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.? In a skillet, heat the butter and saute the onions and garlic.? Add the?sherry to the sauteed onions and reduce to half.? Pour the sauce over each sirloin steak to serve.

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 package favorite stuffing
- 1/4 cup water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.? Prepare stuffing mixture per box instructions.? Pound sirloin steak into thin strips about 3 inches wide by 6 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.? Lay a layer of stuffing on one side of meat and roll up, using a toothpick to secure.? Place sirloin steak rolls into oven for 30-45 minutes.?
