Sirloin Steaks in Sherry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 6 sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high.? Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper and place them onto the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.? In a skillet, heat the butter and saute the onions and garlic.? Add the?sherry to the sauteed onions and reduce to half.? Pour the sauce over each sirloin steak to serve.

Sirloin Steak with Merlot Marinade

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup Merlot
- 1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, Merlot, honey Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.? Place the sirloin steaks into the marinade for about 2-6 hours.? Preheat oven to broil and place the sirloin steaks into the oven for 5-7 minutes or until done.?

Oriental Style Sirloin Steaks

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Using a zip lock bag, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, salt, pepper, green onion and olive oil.? Put the sirloin steaks into the zip lock bag and allow them to marinate for 1-2 hours.? Preheat the grill to medium high and sear all sides of the sirloin steak then grill for 3-7 minutes.

Baked Sirloin Steaks

Ingredients:
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced thinly
- 6 baby tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp beef broth

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.? Combine together the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.? Dredge each sirloin steak in the flour mixture and place into pan with heated olive oil.? Fry for 2-5 minutes per side and place into a roasting pan.? Using the same frying pan, saute the onions until translucent.? Add to the roasting pan the green peppers, tomatoes and beef broth.? Place the onions on top of the sirloin steaks and place into oven to roast for 45-60 minutes.?
